Key Responsibilities
- Drive OSAT Operations Planning and Control (OPC) and backend OPC process harmonization between sites and subcontractors to reduce complexity and ensure consistency.
- Lead and manage subcontractor Process Integration projects, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while managing risks.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management or equivalents
- Minimum 5 years of relevant leadership/management role experience
- Demonstrated success in leading complex multi-stakeholder projects under tight timelines.
- Expertise in developing and standardizing processes across operations.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage competing priorities.
- Knowledgeable in ERP/MES systems (SAP experience highly preferred).
