Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Sales offices regarding daily customer shipments and ensuring timely order entry into the system.
- Coordinate with Product Management (PM) & Sales on ramp-up plans for new filter releases and depletion schedules for end-of-life projects.
- Represent the factory's perspective on rescheduling issues from PM & Sales, negotiating when necessary.
- Collaborate with PM on monthly sales forecasts and projections.
- Conduct customer visits (with Sales/PM) to understand specific customer requirements.
- Work with PM & Sales to ensure correct types are built into stock and manage stock aging to prevent obsolescence.
- Manage customer returns, credit, and debit issues to maintain a clean factory stock status.
- Ensure received orders align with the bucket split allocated in SAP.
- Mitigate discrepancies between PM & Sales and factory capacity when demand exceeds supply.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Key Account Service, Customer Service (Fulfillment/Logistic), or a similar role.
- Experience within the Electronics sector is required.
