Key Responsibilities

Identify deliverables, milestones and interdependencies with other WP’s
Establish the schedule and estimates based on a viable solution and resource availability

Requirements

Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields
Project Management qualification or certification (PMBOK preferred)
Experience delivering software‑centric, mission‑critical or high‑availability IT systems in a safety‑critical environment
Understanding of Earned Value Management, Work Package Control and reporting with exposure to scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera
Financial and budgetary management of engineering work packages
Advanced reporting and stakeholder management skills
Strong customer engagement and negotiation skills
Solid experience leading and mentoring teams of 3‑10 people
Experience negotiating with suppliers
Proficiency with collaboration tools including Jira and Confluence
