Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive strategic sourcing, procurement, or engineering experience in a high-mix, low-volume / high-complexity manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record managing complex global supply chains within mechanical systems, advanced materials, or electrical categories.
  • Expertise in mechanics: managing global suppliers for machine components, sheet metal, frames, plastics, and special processes relevant to ultra-high vacuum/plasma environments.
  • Demonstrated strong commercial acumen and advanced negotiation skills for global supplier management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, materials science, or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership experience driving sourcing transformation and building high-performing teams.
