Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define IAM processes and policies.
- Document customer IAM business processes and functional/non-functional requirements for provisioning, authentication, authorization, and PAM.
- Assist in designing and implementing IAM technology solutions including lifecycle management, SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
- Contribute to or lead the detailed design of IAM solutions aligned with business needs and regulatory constraints.
- Customize IAM platforms and tools to meet project and compliance requirements.
- Provide comprehensive training and support on IAM technologies, processes, and best practices to end-users and administrators.
- Drive end-to-end IAM project delivery, either as an individual contributor or team lead.
- Participate in IAM project planning, status meetings, and reporting activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3-10 years of hands-on experience in IAM or cybersecurity project roles.
- Demonstrated involvement in 4-5 end-to-end IAM or security projects with client-facing engagement.
- Strong understanding of core IAM concepts and security best practices.
- Proficiency in IT platform components such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Server, and cloud IAM solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for technical documentation and presentations.
- Sound business and technical judgment with strong analytical abilities.
