Key Responsibilities
- Undergo a 13-month classroom and practical training programme depending on academic qualifications and be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to become an Aircraft Technician.

- 2nd Phase (7th months onwards) - On the job training at SIAEC Base Maintenance or Line Maintenance Division
- Trainees are required to serve employment of 2.5 years in the Company (training bond) upon the completion of training
- If a trainee does not complete his training successfully or does not serve a minimum employment period of 2.5 years, he will have to pay for training costs of up to S$35,000 (liquidated damages).
Requirements
- Possess an Engineering Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from a recognized college and university
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
- Willing to relocate to Singapore
- Strong interest in technical role within Aviation industry
