Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering, preferably in a foundry environment.
- Strong knowledge of backend equipment such as dicing, grinding, or packaging tools.
- Proven experience in equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and occasional overtime or shift work as needed.
