Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-Sales support, including analyzing customer requests regarding Cards and Solutions.
- Lead all technical activities for local and regional projects, reporting to the Technical Manager.
- Serve as the technical interface for customers, channels, and internal stakeholders to understand needs and propose solutions based on Thales DIS product map.
- Manage projects, coordinating with customers, vendors, and partners across pre-sales, system deployment, validation, post-sales activity, and maintenance support.
- Define detailed Requirements & Specifications for assigned customers within the context of account management.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Engineering.
- 3 years of relevant industry experience (preferably Smartcard, Embedded Software, Services provider background, Telecom, or Secure Transactions).
- Proven experience in Project Management with the ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, tenacity, and willingness to invest maximum effort to achieve goals.
- High capacity to manage stressful situations, work under pressure, and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail, organization, rigor, and autonomy.
- Customer and business orientation with good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
