Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant apprenticeship training in a marine trade.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the marine industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to be a good team player.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills for client management.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of various workshops dealing with specialized marine industry works.
