Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry for compliment feedback forms and upload of data into IFS accurately and timely
- Conduct daily audit checks on IFS case creation
- Respond to enquiries from case handlers and Interchange Operations Supervisors regarding IFS-related matters

- Update and maintain the IFS master list
- Monitor and update IFS performance dashboards (Power BI)
- Track and monitor actual expenditures
- Ensure procurement processes comply with policies and proper documentation requirements
- Monitor finance payments to vendors and follow up when necessary
- Track Purchase Order (PO) contract expiry dates
- Initiate requests for new PO contracts or renewals as required
Requirements
- Diploma in any field
- Relevant experience in a similar environment, preferably in transportation industry
- Good understanding of procurement processes, finance tracking, budgeting, asset/inventory management and vendor coordination
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret operations performance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
- Possess good leadership skills and team coordination skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and commitment
