Key Responsibilities

  • Be the champion of diversity, equity and inclusion in attraction and selection by leading best practice identification strategies
  • Partner with the business to build talent pipelines of skilled and diverse candidates
  • Lead key TA projects, programs and initiatives including talent branding, career fairs and STEM initiatives
  • Partner with Head of TA to drive TA transformation

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in full life cycle recruiting, preferably with agency and corporate experience
  • Track record of recruiting diverse roles in complexity, difficulty and volume
  • Project management experience delivering recruitment or HR initiatives end to end
  • Experience developing sourcing strategies and using data to drive recruitment strategy
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders and build relationships
  • Strong ownership, drive to meet goals, learning mindset, resilience and adaptability
  • Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment and embrace change
  • Consultation skills to work with multiple layers of management and provide solutions
  • Preferably experience in a complex, large MNC environment
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and handle diverse issues
