Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head, Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP), assigned to and responsible for one or more new and/or existing Industrial Park projects in Vietnam
  • Drive revenue and profit growth, as well as cost, service and performance improvements within the projects and the VSIP Group
  • Leverage established networks to achieve revenue and performance targets
  • Manage profit and loss of the projects including the sale and/or development of industrial, commercial and residential plots
  • Lead various departments such as Marketing and Customer Service, Planning, Construction and Development
  • Deliver projects to meet customer demands and attain the highest standards of customer service

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent discipline
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, including several years in general management
  • Experience in real estate sales & development, or other relevant industry experience
  • Prior experience in senior leadership roles such as CEO, Deputy CEO, General Manager, or Deputy General Manager
  • Experience working in regional or developing markets
  • Strong business acumen; service- and results-oriented
  • Proven leadership capabilities and extensive experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Highly experienced people manager with the ability to inspire, influence, and develop talent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • High standards of integrity, governance, and ethical leadership
  • Strong problem-solving skills; able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Good understanding of Vietnam’s culture and market dynamics
  • Broader overseas working exposure, particularly in regional markets
