Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach junior SAP Finance analysts, managing project team deliverables, timeline, resource, and budget.
  • Lead and facilitate business process workshops to gather, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders.
  • Re-engineer and design optimized 'to-be' business processes leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
  • Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for detailed designs.
  • Perform system configuration and customization of SAP Finance and Controlling PS, including integration with related modules (MM, SD).
  • Design and support the implementation of interfaces between SAP FICO and external systems.
  • Plan and execute data migration activities, including mapping, transformation, and validation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated SAP solution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of hands-on System Implementation Experience in SAP FICO.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrades.
  • Strong functional knowledge across key Finance processes: Record to Report (R2R), Invoice to Collection (I2C), and Procure to Pay (P2P).
  • Proven experience in functional design, configuration, and data migration.
  • Experience with integration points to external systems and related SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM).
  • Ability to lead projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and demonstrate end-to-end accountability.
  • Experience in Functional, Integration, and User Acceptance testing of large SAP implementations.
