- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements such as MAS guidelines, GDPR, and SOX.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks and policies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC are preferred.
