Key Responsibilities
- Maintains accurate records of all IT and OT assets, including hardware and software
- Develops and implements a robust asset management framework, including a comprehensive licensing framework for software assets
- Tracks and manages software licenses to ensure compliance and optimize utilization
- Conducts regular audits of IT assets to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records
- Manages asset disposal and updates inventory as appropriate
- Provides input and maintain an Asset Management Plan and Operating Procedures
- Works with minimal direction while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Troubleshoots issues and provide common sense solutions to management staff
- Communicates with internal and external customers and vendors
Requirements
- Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Studies or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Relevant Endpoint Management certification and experience are a plus
- Experience with system upgrades and migrations and proficiency in end-user technologies such as Intune, M365 and ITSM tools
- Possesses knowledge of IT Asset management and procedure
- Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance requirements
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Detail oriented and service oriented with IT asset management configuration tracking and strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptable to a fast-paced dynamic environment
