Key Responsibilities
- DOE design, execution, and analysis of results

Requirements
- Degree/Masters/PhD in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- >2 year’s relevant experience for PhD, >5 years for Degree
- Wafer Fab process integration experience is required
- Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and/or RF fundamentals (e.g. S-parameters) is a plus
- Independent, resourceful, with a positive attitude toward continuous learning & knowledge acquisition
- Excellent analytical and optimization skills
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
