Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with design engineers and production teams to clarify technical specifications.
- Implement and maintain departmental operating procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Monitor compliance with Owner's specifications, Classification Society requirements, international standards, and the Company's Quality Management System.
- Investigate and rectify Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and implement preventive measures.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent field
- Ability to work outside regular working hours, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, or night shifts, when required by operational needs.
- Willingness to travel to other work sites or overseas, when required for business purposes.
- Knowledge of supervisory and team management principles.
