Key Responsibilities

  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Monitor compliance with Owner's specifications, Classification Society requirements, international standards, and the Company's Quality Management System.
  • Investigate and rectify Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and implement preventive measures.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent field
  • Ability to work outside regular working hours, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, or night shifts, when required by operational needs.
  • Willingness to travel to other work sites or overseas, when required for business purposes.
  • Knowledge of supervisory and team management principles.
