Key Responsibilities
- Ensure end-to-end reliability, security, and performance of site IT/OT infrastructure supporting MRO operations.
- Lead ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change processes, providing on-call escalation for production-impacting issues.
- Drive proactive monitoring, root-cause analysis, and asset lifecycle management to maintain SLAs and availability.
- Partner with shop leadership and global teams to plan and execute changes and projects (e.g., new lines, MES/data capture, AI pilots) during production windows.
- Manage vendors and telcos to meet SLAs and control operational costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT Operations (site-level leadership preferred).
- Strong knowledge of digital tools, systems, and technologies relevant to manufacturing/aerospace.
- Demonstrated incident management experience in 24x7 operations.
- Effective communication skills within a matrixed global organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
