Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of Seatrium's investor relations strategy to strengthen investor understanding and confidence in the Group's strategy, performance and long-term value proposition
  • Synthesise inputs from Finance, business units and management to ensure investor communications are consistent, strategically aligned and focused on what matters most to the market
  • Actively support engagement with institutional investors, analysts and other capital market stakeholders through investor meetings (group and one-on-one), site visits, roadshows and conferences
  • Prepare high-quality investor communications materials, including earnings presentations, investor decks, Q&A briefing documents, and key messages for results announcements and investor engagements, in close collaboration with external advisors
  • Maintain and enhance IR content across relevant platforms, including the investor relations section of the corporate website, ensuring accuracy, clarity and timeliness
  • Monitor and analyse relevant market developments, peer performance, analyst reports, investor feedback and share price movements, and provide insights to senior management

  • Confident communicator, with strong writing skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and structured manner
  • High attention to detail, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Ability to interpret financial data, exercise sound judgement and extract relevant insights effectively from stakeholders
  • Highly proficient in creating impactful and professional investor decks using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Familiar with SGX listing rules and IR best practices
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
  • At least 3–6 years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, or a related field
  • Excellent written and spoken English
