Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance and repair services of mechanical and electrical manufacturing systems
- Evaluates, selects and orders equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products
- Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Monitors, repairs and maintains production equipment to ensure continuous production
- Provides mechanical and/or electrical repair
- Responsible for repair, preventative maintenance, data management, project support, control support and ISO audits support
- Maintains current records on equipment manufacturers’ technical notices, upgrades and safety issues
- Studies equipment performance and reliability
- Responsible for equipment maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) of plant equipment in comply with the Site Safety and GMP procedures
- Complete 3C (Concern, cause and corrective action) for every corrective/demand maintenance of plant equipment
- Perform either 12-hours rotating shift or Non-shift works
- Support operation (day/ night shift) if needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical/ Food/ Petrochemical/ Chemical/ Nutritional preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge on lean six sigma, kaizen and Kanban
- ITC/ NITEC/ Diploma in Engineering/ Mechanical or related discipline
- GCE 'N/ O/ A' Level with at least 1 to 3 years of experience
