- Consider various aspects of software proposals including customer control, internal stakeholder coordination, proposal strategy formulation, and roadmap definition
- Leverage Siemens best practices to support the overall account team's operations
- Support account team activities without direct reports or personnel management responsibilities
Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing sales or presales account development activities
- Experience in CXO-level discussions, particularly with CTO, CIO, and COO
- Minimum 5+ years of professional expertise in technical insight
- Ability to understand digitalization and end-to-end closed-loop engineering value and present design/manufacturing solutions clearly
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple nationalities and cultures

- Semiconductor industry experience (preferred)

- University degree or higher desired (junior college or technical college acceptable)
