Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience, or master’s degree with 5 years of experience, or PhD with 3 years of simulation and modeling experience in an R&D setup
  • In-depth understanding of computational methods such as FEA and CFD
  • Proficiency in simulation tools including ANSYS (STRUCTURAL, APDL, FLUENT), ABAQUS, STAR CCM+, COMSOL or similar
  • Hands-on skill in 3D and 2D CAD design software such as NX, SolidWorks or ProE/Creo
  • Experience in programming languages such as Python, C++, Fortran or similar
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong analytical, coding, and simulation knowledge
  • Knowledge of AI/ML development for simulation is preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA)
  • Experience with stack up tolerance analysis techniques
