Key Responsibilities
- Lead supplier accounts across varying levels of complexity, escalating technical challenges to higher-level resources when necessary.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Aerospace MRO activities (component repair, shop operations, or repair engineering).
- Knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (or high school diploma with relevant experience).
- Proven ability to drive initiatives aligned with business goals and foster long-term customer/supplier relationships.
- Strong technical knowledge combined with hands-on problem-solving skills in a regulated shopfloor environment.
