Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, execution, and tracking of collaborative strategies within the SEA CF teams.
- Conduct analytical work to validate initiatives, including analyzing deal flows and market trends.
- Drive day-to-day efforts to progress initiatives, ensuring timely reporting and communication to stakeholders.
- Manage and optimize the team’s professional presence on social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Organize and prepare for quarterly meetings and the annual CF Away Day, including agendas, minutes, and action item tracking.
- Support the implementation and communication of L&D CF programs and facilitate the execution of the secondment program across SEA countries.
- Help facilitate high-level communication between the CEO and internal teams across Southeast Asia.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in business planning or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convey messages clearly and backed by data.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Self-driven and capable of independently managing multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is required for enhancing workflows.
