Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering) or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing/semiconductor environment
  • Exposure to NPI, product ramp-up, and engineering change management
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/OneSAP)
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Strong knowledge of product structures such as BOM and material master data
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination
  • Experience managing engineering samples
  • Experience forecasting and coordinating production schedules
  • Experience ensuring material availability for NPI projects
  • Experience overseeing product master data creation and maintenance
  • Experience managing complex supply chain scenarios
