Requirements

- Minimum of 10 years of marketing or commercial leadership experience in the life sciences or medtech industry
- Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios in the Asia-Pacific Japan region
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities with experience in developing and implementing GTM plans
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and multi-cultural teams in a matrix environment
- Experience in digital marketing transformation and multi-channel customer engagement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Ability to travel extensively within the APJ region and occasionally to global headquarters
- MBA or advanced degree in business or marketing is highly preferred
- Deep understanding of the lab research, diagnostics, or bioprocessing market landscape
