Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute yield improvement strategies by analyzing test data and identifying root causes of failures in ReRAM products
- Lead initiatives to reduce Bit Error Rate (BER) through effective analysis and solution implementation
- Optimize test programs to improve coverage, quality, and cost-efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Process, and Test to resolve issues and drive product enhancements
- Provide technical leadership and support from new product introduction (NPI) through high-volume manufacturing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in semiconductor product engineering
- Hands-on experience with Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) product development and mass production
- Ability to work in standard office and lab environments with occasional cleanroom work
- Up to 10% travel required
