Key Responsibilities
- Manage on-site operational physical security of data centres, including access control systems, CCTV systems, processes, procedures, guard force management, vendor management, risk assessment, and incident reporting.
- Prepare and conduct training for appointed security agency’s personnel.
- Implement, manage, and enhance the Global Visitor Management System (GVMS) while adhering to PDPA/GDPR standards.
- Plan and execute security-related projects for the data centres.
- Drive projects concerning the standardization, implementation, and enhancement of security infrastructure for the data centres.
- Partner with the Process Architect to develop, implement, and improve security and compliance policies.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve security incidents.
- Prepare incident reports or presentations on internal investigations, losses, and policy violations.
