Requirements

Min Bachelor Degree in Electronics / Industrial Engineering or any relevant discipline
Possess strong project management knowledge and experience in terms of project initiation, planning and closing, including reporting and documentation
Confident in leading cross functional teams and collaborative with diversity of thought, skills and personalities in order to maximize capabilities and outcomes and resolve conflicts when arises
Strong Stakeholder management : Possess effective presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
Agile and possess critical thinking to effectively mitigate project risks
Project Management Certification is a plus
