Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safety programs and procedures conform to Management System and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement functional, cost-effective solutions for safety issues
- Coordinate and manage safety walks, inspections, and audits to ensure regulatory compliance
- Respond to emergencies and investigate incidents to recommend preventive and corrective actions
- Collect, analyze, and communicate safety-related metrics and performance measurements
- Support ISO System by participating in internal audits for continuous program improvement
- Identify, develop, and provide safety training in accordance with company goals
- Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency and quality
- Liaise with external organizations on EHS compliance issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
- Effective communicator able to collaborate across all levels
- Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy for operational tasks
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
- Experience with ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System is a plus
- Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred
- Safety and Health Certifications such as Certified Safety Professional or ISO auditor training are a plus
- Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact
