Key Responsibilities
- Proactively promote safety priorities and standards while maintaining vigilance for workplace concerns
- Supervise equipment performance and address technical issues in a timely manner
- Direct the shift equipment team in the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance
- Perform administrative and supervisory duties for shift technicians including attendance, staffing, and reviews

Requirements
- Relevant Diploma in Engineering or equivalent working experience
- Strong mechanical competence with the ability to understand and repair mechanical systems
- Vacuum system knowledge and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to use schematic diagrams to solve systems to components level
- Intermediate PC skills including familiarity with MS Office Suite
- Ability to perform 12-hour work shifts
- Strong time management, organization, and task prioritization skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
