Key Responsibilities

  • Drive service quality improvement initiatives across the APAC region and lead continuous improvement programs.
  • Support Service Sales by reviewing technical aspects of quotations for service and project-related activities.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to hyperscale data centre customers and internal stakeholders across APAC.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in service operations, technical support, or commissioning.
  • Proven experience within Power generation Diesel/gas engines or critical infrastructure environments.
  • Mandatory experience supporting Data Centre / Mission-Critical / Hyperscale environments.
  • Proven experience managing or supporting APAC regional service operations.
  • Ability to provide strong technical justification for warranty vs commercial responsibility determinations.
