Key Responsibilities
- Develop test and characterization solutions supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), including Silicon Validation and Characterization
- Manufacturing enablement of Qualcomm System-on-Chip (SoC) products
- Delivering high-quality results
- Driving efficiency improvements and lessons learned
- Supporting technical issue escalations and communicating effectively with management
Requirements
- 6+ years of industry experience as a Product and Test Development Engineer
- Hands-on experience in Processors or Sensors performance characterization
- Experience with ATE test program development
- Solid understanding of VLSI technologies and familiarity with Digital Baseband products
- Programming experience in C/C++/VB/Java/Python is a plus
- Experience with AI programming tools (e.g. Claude Code) is a plus
- Experience with data analytics tools such as O+, Data Power, Exensio, and basic Machine Learning concepts is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Digital Communication concepts and Semiconductor Physics
- Experience working with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Advantest 93K experience is preferred
