Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership and responsibility for the success of assigned projects.
- Identify and interpret customer change requests through variation orders.
- Track and report project progress to customers and management regarding submittals, approvals, cost, schedule, manpower, procurement, and quality issues.

Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of Project Management experience in System Integration, Building Management Systems, or ACMV systems.
- Proven exposure to project execution within Singapore.
- Strong passion for Energy Efficiency and Building Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong presentation abilities with customers.
- Ability to work independently and proactively as a self-motivated team player.
