Key Responsibilities

  • Establish leadership development experiences for the account and coach the leadership team through these initiatives.

Requirements

  • 9–13 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Talent Strategy, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business leaders in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to build trusted partnerships and influence senior leaders (Executive Stakeholder Management).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle complexity and ambiguity, providing structure to complex problems.
  • Strong collaboration and teaming skills across cross-functional business and HR teams.
