Key Responsibilities
- Partner with account leadership on creating the talent strategy, including approaches for talent development and continuous learning.
- Oversee talent planning and rotation initiatives, focusing on pyramid refresh, role rotation, and succession planning aligned with account strategy.
- Lead the account approach for engagement, wellbeing, and strengths by managing engagement survey adoption, action planning, recognition, and wellbeing programs.

- Establish leadership development experiences for the account and coach the leadership team through these initiatives.
Requirements
- 9–13 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Talent Strategy, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business leaders in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
- Proven ability to build trusted partnerships and influence senior leaders (Executive Stakeholder Management).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to handle complexity and ambiguity, providing structure to complex problems.
- Strong collaboration and teaming skills across cross-functional business and HR teams.
