Key Responsibilities
- Define comprehensive IAM strategies and frameworks that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Design IAM architectures (IGA, PIM, SSO/Federation & Directory) and technical designs aligned with Zero Trust and cloud transformation strategies.
- Develop IAM blueprints, technical patterns, and reference architectures integrating modern identity solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into detailed system requirements.
- Develop identity management governance plans, including Role Based Access Control and User Lifecycle Management Processes.
- Support sales and business development through proposal writing, solution design, and client presentations.
- Coach and mentor junior team members on technical depth and delivery excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with an IAM suite (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, Okta, Ping etc), Virtual Directory, and Identity Federation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent education.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the major IAM platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft, etc.).
- Strong oral and written communication skills combined with strong analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated technical leadership skills to manage and direct junior-level staff.
- Working knowledge of operating systems including Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows OS.
