Key Responsibilities
- Manage BOM and multi-level BOM structures for semiconductor equipment manufacturing.
- Manage labor hours, cost roll, and shipment fulfillment.
- Analyze projects promptly to ensure demand loading, change management, and milestone deliverables for successful closure and on-time shipment.
- Plan and prepare production schedules aligned with manufacturing milestones and build plans.
- Drive cross-functional teams to meet key dates: Assembly Start, PMCD, and shipment deadlines.
- Manage engineering and configuration changes in SAP and TeamCenter.
- Act as the primary liaison between Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Shipping.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of production planning experience in manufacturing or low-volume, high-mix environment.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4Hana, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Independent, diligent, and highly motivated team player.
