Key Responsibilities

  • Manage BOM and multi-level BOM structures for semiconductor equipment manufacturing.
  • Manage labor hours, cost roll, and shipment fulfillment.
  • Analyze projects promptly to ensure demand loading, change management, and milestone deliverables for successful closure and on-time shipment.
  • Plan and prepare production schedules aligned with manufacturing milestones and build plans.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to meet key dates: Assembly Start, PMCD, and shipment deadlines.
  • Manage engineering and configuration changes in SAP and TeamCenter.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Shipping.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of production planning experience in manufacturing or low-volume, high-mix environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4Hana, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Independent, diligent, and highly motivated team player.
