Key Responsibilities

  • Support F&E contract reviews in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the central contact for timely Shopping Cart and Purchase Order creation using designated platforms.
  • Participate in site visits and discussions to identify areas for Continuous Improvement and enhance F&E operations.
  • Perform critical reviews of new technologies and methodologies to enhance facility operations for RSTO community and manufacturing needs.
  • Support site services by gathering user data, conducting Gemba walks, and monitoring key conditions for Make-Assess-Release activities.
  • Manage GMP/Non-GMP change management activities and documentation for improvement initiatives with site functional groups.
  • Support engagement communications and activities with internal stakeholders.
  • Use Visual Management tools to provide visibility on project/program status updates.
  • Review project documentation adhering to Roche Engineering Manual Lite for expense/capital projects.
  • Assist in project coordination and site inspections with internal and external members.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Science discipline is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates or mid-career professionals transitioning from other industries are welcome.
  • Ability to work across different functions within an organization.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to collaborate with various project teams and contractors on site.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and possess strong communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with MS Office tools.
  • Strong customer service orientation, high attention to detail, and thoroughness.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to lead and take initiative.
