Key Responsibilities
- Develop consumer financing commercial frameworks and manage commercial negotiation & compliance with financial institutions and channel partners.
- Manage the implementation of customer experiences across all touch points, technology enablement, Go-to-Market & launch plan.
- Manage affordability programs rollout and expansion to channel partners with financial institutions, vendors, and technology enablers.
- Define, track, optimize program performance & roadmap using KPIs and data insights.
- Maintain engagement with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver program outcomes.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in commercial roles, product or program management within financial institutions, fintech, management consulting, or technology vendors.
- Deep knowledge of Southeast Asian consumer financing schemes, interest rates, lending landscape, financial ecosystem & regulations, and credit risk assessment.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs from concept to launch and optimization.
- Exceptional business acumen, analytical, and business modeling skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to systematically apply structure and principles using data.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
