Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and select vendors for software, IoT, networking, and digital solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and SLAs to optimize cost and value across all procured items.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including issuing RFQs, RFPs, and managing contracts.
- Serve as the primary liaison with vendors to track orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate technical requirements into procurement specifications and ensure product compatibility.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, pricing structures, lead times, and supplier data within procurement systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, cost management guidelines, and audit requirements throughout the procurement process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT procurement or IT asset management.
- Strong knowledge of software licensing models (SaaS, perpetual, subscription).
- Proficiency in IoT devices, protocols, networking hardware, and digital platforms.
- Proven ability to conduct strong negotiations and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (MM module preferred) and/or Oracle procurement modules.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with IT security standards and compliance frameworks.
