Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact and actively participate in annual internal and external audits, preparing necessary schedules (SOX compliance), Inventory / Costing Controls SOX documentations, and assist in answering auditor inquiries
- Develop, document, and monitor internal control procedures to safeguard company inventories and ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Execute the procedures for closing the financial including posting complex journal entries, working closely within cross functional team within Finance
- Perform and review reconciliations of all key balance sheet accounts (Global Inventory) and the general ledger to ensure accuracy
- Support inventory-related policy updates & any other adhoc requests (e.g Quarterly Corporate reporting inventory-related transactions)
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Requirements
- Education BS in Accountancy
- Min 6 years experience in similar role
- Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
- Standard Costing experience
- Oracle / SAP system experience
