Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact and actively participate in annual internal and external audits, preparing necessary schedules (SOX compliance), Inventory / Costing Controls SOX documentations, and assist in answering auditor inquiries
  • Develop, document, and monitor internal control procedures to safeguard company inventories and ensure the accuracy of financial data
  • Execute the procedures for closing the financial including posting complex journal entries, working closely within cross functional team within Finance
  • Perform and review reconciliations of all key balance sheet accounts (Global Inventory) and the general ledger to ensure accuracy
  • Support inventory-related policy updates & any other adhoc requests (e.g Quarterly Corporate reporting inventory-related transactions)
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Requirements

  • Education BS in Accountancy
  • Min 6 years experience in similar role
  • Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
  • Standard Costing experience
  • Oracle / SAP system experience
