Key Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder engagement across OSAT and EWM (SIFO) business, operations, and IT teams regarding SAP Contract Manufacturing solution design and roadmap execution.
- Foster cross-team collaboration among technical, functional, and business groups while providing high-level ABAP guidance and reviewing solution architectures.
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives aligned with industry best practices to achieve measurable operational gains.
- Lead end-to-end CM rollout project lifecycle activities, including planning, design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Manage external consultants and service partners by setting clear expectations and tracking adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Research emerging technologies and digitalization opportunities to support innovation and operational enhancement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA MM or SD in an enterprise environment.
- Experience ideally within manufacturing, logistics, or supply-chain related domains.
- Proficiency in subcontracting and outsourced manufacturing models, including complex inventory flows.
- End-to-end SAP project exposure with multiple phases of the project lifecycle.
- Ability to work closely with ABAP developers, including familiarity with key ABAP concepts and basic debugging techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex cross-functional processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills to influence decisions at all organizational levels.
