Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production operations across multiple shifts to achieve output, quality, and cycle time targets.

- Participate in cross-functional projects to support new product introductions and process changes.
- Enforce cleanroom protocols and discipline among team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools (Green Belt preferred).
- Understanding of cleanroom protocols and EHS regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and extended hours when required.
- Experience with inventory management and production scheduling.
- Knowledge of ISO quality management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
