Key Responsibilities
- Shape industrial electrification, sustainability, and digital services to meet evolving client requirements and achieve sustainability goals.

Requirements

- Eight years' proven track record in offshore/marine energy business.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
- Strong domain core knowledge in offshore/marine energy business.
- Solid knowledge of sustainability, including carbon markets, climate policies, and emerging green technologies.
- Experience with tender submissions and proposals, preferably collaborating with marketing/BD teams.
- Possess both technical and business acumen to drive developmental projects.
- Strategic thinker with strong project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
