Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management or equivalents
  • Min. 5 years of relevant leadership / management role experience, preferably from semiconductor / electronics industry
  • Project Management or Integration Expertise: Demonstrated success in leading complex multi-stakeholder projects under tight timelines, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage competing priorities and drive alignment across teams
  • Process Improvement and Optimization: Expertise in developing and standardizing processes across operations, with a track record of implementing systems integration initiatives
  • Strategic mindset for reducing complexity and variability, improving efficiency, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards
  • Knowledgeable in ERP/MES systems (SAP experience is highly preferred) with the ability to translate process requirements into effective system solutions
  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes, test assembly operations, production planning, and vendor/subcontractor management (is preferred)
