Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily operation and sustenance of plant facilities
- Monitor and follow up on operation and maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot and restore plant facilities when issues arise
- Carry out building and leasehold maintenance tasks for plant facilities
- Monitor, collect data, analyze, and report on system performance, resource efficiency, abnormalities, and breakdowns

Requirements
- Minimum Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Integrated Mechanical & Electrical Design / Facilities Management & Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience with facilities maintenance
- Hands-on general electrical, mechanical, and plumbing skills (including Low Voltage Electrical Protection System, Breakers & Wiring, Chilled Water Plant Equipment, Process Cooling Water System, Compressed Dry Air System, Domestic Water System, and Sanitary)
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Building Automation software (MetaSys)
