Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of Aerospace Pillar strategies aligned with ARTC's key industry thrusts
- Identify and evaluate new markets, emerging opportunities, and strategic partners within the aerospace manufacturing and MRO value chain to strengthen industry capabilities and ecosystem growth
- Track aerospace industry trends, technology developments, and competitor activities to inform ARTC's R&D priorities and industry engagement roadmap
- Support major strategic partnership initiatives, including joint laboratories, codevelopment projects, and collaborative programmes with aerospace industry partners in the consortium
- Support and progressively manage key Aerospace Pillar accounts, including strategic OEMs, MROs, and Tier-1 suppliers
- Coordinate internal technical, programme, and operations teams to ensure effective delivery of projects and partnership commitments
- Identify follow-on opportunities within existing accounts, including new projects, co-development initiatives, and long-term collaboration roadmaps
- Maintain clear account plans, engagement records, and reporting to support strategic oversight of key aerospace partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Experience in business development, industry engagement, or technology commercialisation, preferably within aerospace manufacturing and/or MRO
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment
