Key Responsibilities
- Design systems using Systems Engineering principles, including Robust Design tools to achieve optimum solutions at product and sub-system levels.
- Lead problem resolution, including root cause investigations, handling Problem Reports, Red Tops, Safety Alert Reports (SARs), Quality Concerns, and Major Quality Investigations (MQIs).
- Manage product change planning, design technical approvals, and technical investigations.
- Verify system compliance with requirements and maintain ownership of standardization reports.
- Communicate technical information effectively to influence all levels, including the customer.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree level education.
- Field of Study in Electrical Engineering.
- Affiliation with Diesel Engines and/or Power Generation.
- 5 years of experience in the Power Generation Industry.
- Working knowledge of MV & LV critical power installations.
- Ability to understand single-line drawings.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
- Client-oriented mindset with a commercial sense.
