Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day electricity trading execution across various time horizons (intra-day, day-ahead, short-term, term).
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of electricity traders, setting performance expectations and capability development plans.
- Translate high-level portfolio objectives into executable desk-level trading strategies aligned with operational realities.

Requirements
- A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in electricity trading and/or market operations within power and gas trading or a trading house with physical exposure.
- Demonstrated experience leading a trading desk or managing traders.
- Strong understanding of wholesale electricity market dynamics, trading operations, and risk discipline in Singapore/similar markets.
- Proven ability to operate effectively within structured governance and approval environments.
