Key Responsibilities
- Extract, analyze, and report data using SAP Business Intelligence, Power BI, and internal tools to support purchasing operations.
- Deliver accurate and timely daily and weekly reports guiding operational decisions.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify supply chain improvement opportunities and monitor internal KPI performance.
- Manage direct purchasing tasks, including PO creation, issuance, confirmation, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Ensure materials are delivered on time to meet production needs by aligning supplier delivery plans with demand.
- Resolve vendor issues such as invoice discrepancies, goods receipt exceptions, and returns.
- Manage supplier commit updates in Ariba with accuracy and timeliness, liaising between internal teams and suppliers.
- Expedite supply and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close material gaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
